Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests promptly and courteously
- managing guest waitlists and seating arrangements
- assisting guests with menu explanations and taking orders
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in the designated host area
- managing reservations and coordinating with servers and kitchen staff
- handling guest inquiries and resolving issues with a hospitable attitude
- supporting team members to ensure smooth service flow
