Job Requirements

- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

- Seat guests promptly and efficiently

- Assist in managing wait lists and reservations
- Thank guests genuinely as they depart
- Support servers and managers to ensure smooth restaurant operations
