Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

Experience in customer service or hospitality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Basic math skills for managing reservations and wait times

Job Duties

Greet every guest at the restaurant with a smile
Accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
Attend to guests by providing special experiences
Escort guests to their tables and ensure a perfect experience
Provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
Focus on your team and customers ensuring every decision considers them
