Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability

- experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Receive each customer in the restaurant with a smile
- cite wait times accurately and manage reservations
- attend to customers by providing special experiences
- accompany customers to their tables and provide a perfect experience
- provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
- focus on the team and customers, considering their needs in every decision
