Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and make a positive first impression
  • Escort guests to tables and manage seating arrangements
  • Take reservations and maintain an accurate waitlist when necessary
  • Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure seamless guest service
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about menu items and services
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
  • Support team members during peak hours to enhance overall customer experience
