Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work in a high-energy environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and make a positive first impression
- Escort guests to tables and manage seating arrangements
- Take reservations and maintain an accurate waitlist when necessary
- Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure seamless guest service
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about menu items and services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
- Support team members during peak hours to enhance overall customer experience
