Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
  • guide guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
  • present clean menus and offer helpful suggestions to enhance the dining experience
  • maintain sanitary and disinfected guest and team member contact points
  • thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns proactively
  • assist in managing waiting lists and reservations if needed
