Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Full time (30 hours or more) or part time (30 hours or less) employment
- State Food Handler's Certification required
- Responsible Alcohol Service Certification required
- Willingness to work shifts starting as early as 7 a.m. and ending as late as 2 a.m.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to standards
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests entering the restaurant
- Maintain clear and ongoing communication with other service positions
- Support and uplift fellow team members
- Ensure adherence to restaurant standards and policies
- Operate calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Serve as an enthusiastic brand ambassador
- Seek out and implement creative solutions to enhance the guest experience
