Job Requirements

no prior restaurant experience necessary
must be able to stand for extended periods
availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
basic math skills for waitlist management
good physical stamina

excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
strong team player with a positive attitude
willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

greet guests warmly upon arrival
manage the waitlist effectively
update guests with a positive and friendly attitude
ensure tables are clean and ready for incoming guests
maintain a welcoming and organized dining area
assist team members as needed
handle guest inquiries and requests politely
