Job Requirements

No previous restaurant experience required
must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
must have a friendly and welcoming personality
ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
must be punctual and reliable

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to maintain a positive and approachable attitude
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
basic knowledge of restaurant operations is helpful but not required
customer service experience is a plus

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
manage the waitlist efficiently to maintain dining room flow
update guests on wait times with a friendly and positive attitude
ensure each table is cleaned and ready for the next guests
maintain a calm and collected demeanor during busy periods
work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer service
assist in training and supporting new hosts as needed
