Job Requirements
- No previous restaurant experience required
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must have a friendly and welcoming personality
- ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- must be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain a positive and approachable attitude
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- basic knowledge of restaurant operations is helpful but not required
- customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
- manage the waitlist efficiently to maintain dining room flow
- update guests on wait times with a friendly and positive attitude
- ensure each table is cleaned and ready for the next guests
- maintain a calm and collected demeanor during busy periods
- work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer service
- assist in training and supporting new hosts as needed
