Job Requirements

Must be 17 or older
Ability to provide friendly and engaging customer service
Ability to manage reservations and waitlist effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and approachable personality
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
Escort guests to assigned tables
Manage reservations and waitlist
Provide information about the menu and restaurant
Coordinate with the front of house team to ensure smooth seating
Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station
