Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and pay attention to details
Friendly and positive attitude
Basic computer skills for managing reservations

Job Duties

Greet every customer in the restaurant with a smile
Quote wait times accurately and manage reservations
Attend to customers by providing special experiences
Accompany customers to their tables and ensure a perfect experience
Provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
Focus on your team and customers by making decisions that always consider the client and team
