Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage guest waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently
- Ensure all guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- Present guests with clean menus and offer suggestions to enhance their dining experience
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them back for future visits
- Maintain cleanliness in the hosting area and entrance
- Coordinate efficiently with servers and other team members to optimize service flow
