Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism
- Accurately quote wait times to guests
- Seat guests promptly in a clean and sanitary environment
- Accommodate guests’ seating needs and preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host station and entry area
- Communicate effectively with restaurant staff to coordinate seating and service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns courteously and promptly
