Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome to guests who call or visit the restaurant
  • Coordinate and control guest flow by greeting arrivals, seating guests, and providing farewells
  • Demonstrate hospitality by escorting guests to their tables and engaging with them
  • Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Work collaboratively as part of the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor throughout guest interactions
