Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to guests who call or visit the restaurant
- Coordinate and control guest flow by greeting arrivals, seating guests, and providing farewells
- Demonstrate hospitality by escorting guests to their tables and engaging with them
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Work collaboratively as part of the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor throughout guest interactions
