Job Duties
- greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- engage in polite and welcoming conversation with guests
- manage the restaurant waiting list during busy periods to set accurate guest expectations
- seat guests efficiently while coordinating with servers
- clean and sanitize guest touchpoints regularly
- thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
- assist with general front-of-house coordination as needed
