Job Duties

  • Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting, seating, making reservations, and taking food orders
  • uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby, and crowd control
  • learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and food delivery process
  • set and clear tables neatly and efficiently following P.F. Chang's specifications
  • learn curbside process and takeout expectations
  • conduct side-work as required for each shift
