Job Requirements

Must be at least sixteen 16 years of age
able to work in a fast paced environment
available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight 8 hours
excellent communication skills
friendly and welcoming demeanor
basic proficiency with Point of Sale systems

no experience necessary however restaurant experience a definite plus
comfortable working in a fast paced environment
available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Greet all guests with a warm welcome upon arrival
seat guests and accommodate special requests
manage the wait list by recording guest names and number in party and provide estimated waiting time
provide an exceptional To-Go experience for every guest including taking phone and walk-in orders, ringing orders in Point of Sale system, packaging items, cashing guests out, and ensuring all orders are on-time and accurate
answer phones and manage the restaurant reservation system
inspect tables for proper presentation and completeness
thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
