Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Escort guests to their assigned tables
- Manage reservations and maintain an accurate waitlist when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Coordinate with front-of-house team members to optimize seating and guest flow
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve seating-related issues promptly
