Job Requirements

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Basic proficiency with computers or reservation systems
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Escort guests to their assigned tables
  • Manage reservations and maintain an accurate waitlist when necessary
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Coordinate with front-of-house team members to optimize seating and guest flow
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve seating-related issues promptly
