Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each and every Guest who calls or visits our restaurants
- effectively coordinate and control Guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell
- demonstrate hospitality by walking Guests to their table and engaging them along the way
- answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
- effectively communicate with Guests and Team Members
- be a team player and work well with others
