Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- manage the waitlist and update guests with a positive attitude
- ensure the dining room flows smoothly by seating guests efficiently
- prepare tables for incoming parties by verifying cleanliness and readiness
- maintain composure and professionalism during busy periods
- work closely with the team to provide excellent guest service
- participate in onboarding and training programs to enhance skills
