Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- guide guests to their tables and present clean menus
- maintain cleanliness and safety by sanitizing and disinfecting guest and team member touch points
- engage with guests by offering menu suggestions and enhancing their dining experience
- thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
- coordinate seating arrangements and manage waitlists efficiently
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
