Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • guide guests to their tables and present clean menus
  • maintain cleanliness and safety by sanitizing and disinfecting guest and team member touch points
  • engage with guests by offering menu suggestions and enhancing their dining experience
  • thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
  • coordinate seating arrangements and manage waitlists efficiently
  • communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
