Job Duties

Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting, seating, making reservations, and taking food orders
uphold safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area, and managing crowd control
learn restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas and the process of delivering food
set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's specifications
learn curbside process and takeout expectations
conduct side-work as required for each shift
