Job Qualifications

Job Duties

greet and seat guests with a friendly demeanor
manage reservation and wait list efficiently during peak hours
provide excellent customer service as part of the front of house team
maintain an organized and welcoming host stand area
coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth guest flow
handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant policies
assist with crowd control and communication during busy periods
