Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Manage reservation and wait list to optimize seating efficiency
- Provide accurate wait times and seat guests accordingly
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve seating disputes graciously
