Job Requirements

at least 18 years old
may require a valid driver's license
ability to perform physical labor and landscaping tasks
ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
reliable transportation to and from the University of Louisville Health facility
capability to follow safety protocols
ability to report to the designated work location on time

Job Qualifications

at least 18 years old
may require a valid driver's license
ability to demonstrate professionalism and integrity
ability to perform physical tasks including walking and landscaping duties
effective communication skills
ability to work as part of a team
basic knowledge of grounds maintenance

Job Duties

keep the premises of BrightView's clients' grounds in clean and orderly condition
perform light landscaping and weeding
transport trash and waste to disposal area
demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing BrightView
assist maintenance team with snow removal as applicable
physically walk the property frequently and remove litter
clean and rake shrub areas and shovel mud when necessary
use blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean of loose grass and brush
repair and replace windows, screens, sliding glass doors, etc
drive to designated areas in vehicle and pick up trash with trash grabbers
perform other duties as assigned
