Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years experience in customer service environment preferably legal or financial sectors
  • Minimum three years experience in office support covering administrative, facilities, hospitality, reception, reprographics, and mailroom
  • Knowledge of USPS regulations
  • Familiarity with reprographics equipment
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Basic skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Prior experience managing vendors preferred
  • Basic understanding of profit and loss
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Three or more years of proven experience in a customer service environment, preferably legal or financial services
  • Three or more years of experience in office support including administrative, facilities, hospitality, reception, reprographics, and mailroom functions
  • Understanding of USPS regulations
  • Knowledge of reprographics equipment and usage
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Basic Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Prior vendor management experience preferred
  • Basic profit and loss understanding a plus
  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Oversee contracted operations to meet contract and client needs while addressing employee needs
  • Manage client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain quality service delivery through standard procedures and account planning
  • Drive continuous improvement and communicate potential issues and solutions
  • Manage employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and off-boarding
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies and service level agreements
  • Engage in regular communication with employees through meetings and performance discussions
  • Manage staffing and workflow volumes as per work demands
  • Create and distribute monthly invoices meeting contract requirements
  • Prepare and present monthly Client Service Reviews and discuss process improvements
  • Solicit client feedback regularly
  • Foster cross-training and teamwork for optimized client service delivery
  • Educate clients on current and potential services
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new services and escalate to management
  • Participate or lead due diligence and implementation for new business
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Adhere to company and client policies
