Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience relevant to specific position
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to work on call or flexible shifts
- age 18 or older
- food handler certification preferred for prep cooks
Job Qualifications
- experience in food preparation or cooking
- customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of beverage service and alcohol handling
- leadership experience in hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- prepare food items following safety and quality standards
- serve beverages and maintain a clean bar area
- assist guests with event needs and provide excellent customer service
- manage banquet operations and oversee staff during events
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- set up and break down banquet areas efficiently
