Job Duties
- Follow specific directions of lead chef or manager
- Ensure kitchen and service areas are clean and clutter-free
- Perform opening, running, and closing duties
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Conduct vegetable preparation, proper food storage and rotation
- Execute dishwashing, front line setup and service
