Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience leading or supervising a team
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
- Experience in a customer service, airline, or hospitality-related role
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations desired
- Ability to remain calm and courteous while focusing on employee and member needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to function well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to collaborate cohesively within a team
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Collection of Social Security Number as part of background check process
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Available to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, early mornings and late evenings

Job Duties
- Supervise associates on the floor to ensure successful execution of all daily hospitality operations
- Assist in daily schedule publishing and collaborate with the Director of Hospitality on weekly schedules to meet business demands and ensure adequate staffing
- Facilitate new hire employee training according to department standards
- Support in department SOP development and implementation in collaboration with the Director of Hospitality
- Prepare suites and member-facing areas to luxury standards alongside the associate team
- Work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrate proficiency in taking and giving instructions
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Adapt to departmental changes and support seamless transitions with the associate team
- Lead a team independently without direct supervision when necessary
- Proactively contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement
