Job Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Three years experience in food service operations
- Two years supervisory experience
- Ability to multitask and self-prioritize
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment as necessary
- Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements unless exempted
Job Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Three years of experience in a food service operation
- Two years of related supervisory experience
- Knowledge of food service techniques, sanitation, and safety
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Serv-Safe certification or ability to become certified within 6 months preferred
- Experience in a college or university environment preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred
- Public speaking or presentation skills preferred
Job Duties
- Perform opening and closing supervision of assigned retail operation
- Manage cash responsibilities accurately
- Delegate tasks among student associates effectively
- Ensure proper preparation and sanitation of service areas
- Hire, train, and supervise 20 or more student associates
- Maintain high levels of guest service consistently
- Use and enforce appropriate personal protective equipment protocols
