Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four years of experience with at least two years in food and beverage
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Knowledge of full-service dining
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic manner
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move through all areas of the Food and Beverage department and casino for long periods
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy environment where smoking is permitted
- Maintain physical stamina and mental attitude to work under pressure

Job Duties
- Manage and supervise all Food and Beverage and Facilities/EVS operations including kitchen and stewarding functions when Hospitality Manager is absent
- Handle administrative duties including scheduling, payroll, filing, personnel maintenance, and HR issues
- Ensure proper staffing levels and work schedules to optimize service and labor costs
- Conduct regular cover counts, check averages, and perform cost and projection analyses to maximize profitability
- Implement Food and Beverage and Facilities/EVS policies and procedures
- Assist with hiring, training, coaching, recognition, and disciplinary actions
- Communicate regularly with management and employees about casino and Food and Beverage activities and events
- Advise Hospitality Manager of daily problems and utilize resources to maximize profits
- Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and liquor licensing regulations
- Settle disputes with customers, employees, and supervisors
- Cooperate with Seneca Gaming Authority to ensure compliance
- Maintain understanding of information security policies
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional work environment
- Meet attendance guidelines and complete required training programs
- Attend necessary meetings and adapt duties as needed to meet operational demands
