Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or 18 years of age or older depending on location
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification for roles serving alcoholic beverages
- legally required certifications prior to employment
- ability to maintain professionalism and promote brand integrity at all times
- capable of clear communication and teamwork
- able to adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling
- punctuality and readiness to work in uniform for assigned shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- basic customer service skills
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties
- Greeting customers promptly and warmly upon arrival
- seating guests and managing restaurant flow to optimize service
- taking and processing to-go orders accurately via phone, apps, and in person
- suggesting menu items and specials to guests
- maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of the restaurant including restrooms and parking lot
- stocking wait stations and supporting Hooters bar maintenance
- ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
