Must be 17/18 years of age or older
Valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved in serving alcoholic beverages
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times

Basic mathematical computation skills
Knowledge of sanitation and use of MSDS

Job Duties

Greet customers immediately upon entering the restaurant
Seat guests ensuring their needs are accommodated
Manage restaurant flow to ensure servers are not overwhelmed
Take orders via phone, delivery apps, online platforms, and walk-ins
Ensure order accuracy and timely processing of payments
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas including parking lot, front of house, and restrooms
Assist in stocking wait stations and bar area
Perform food runner duties as needed
Promote menu knowledge and inform guests about specials
Uphold company core values in daily operations
