Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or 18 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
- Ability to promote brand integrity
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of menu items and specials
- Basic mathematical computation skills
- Knowledge of sanitation and use of MSDS
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved in alcohol service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience desirable
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification (for roles involving alcohol service)
Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly and warmly as a Host
- Manage seating to ensure smooth restaurant flow and excellent service
- Take and process to-go orders accurately from various platforms
- Suggestively sell menu items and merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front of house, restrooms, and parking areas
- Stock wait stations and assist in bar and food running duties
- Provide attentive, friendly customer service and answer menu questions
