- Guest happiness including greeting and seating guests
- Ensuring food and beverage quality assurance
- Maintaining order accuracy
- Speed of service
- Accurate food presentation
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service
- Responsible cash handling
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
- Supporting brand operating standards including proper uniform and punctuality
- Promoting menu knowledge and specials
- Managing seating rotation
- Assisting with facility maintenance and restocking
- Acting as store events spokesperson
