Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or 18 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved in alcoholic beverage service
- Must complete any legally required certifications prior to starting work
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical computation skills
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and MSDS
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times

- Performing host duties including greeting and seating guests

- Ensuring order accuracy and timely service
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in restaurant and parking lot
- Restocking wait stations and assisting food runners
- Promoting menu knowledge and special events
- Handling cash and ensuring proper cash management
