Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior customer service experience desirable
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • knowledge of basic math for cash handling
  • familiarity with restaurant sanitation standards
  • valid ServSafe alcohol certification if serving alcoholic beverages
  • positive and energetic personality
  • ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • basic computer skills for order management systems

Job Duties

  • greet guests promptly and cordially when they enter the restaurant
  • seat guests efficiently managing the flow to enhance service delivery
  • assist guests with large parties, children, and special accommodations
  • manage takeout orders via phone, online platforms, and walk-ins
  • ensure suggestive selling and accuracy of to-go orders
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front of house, restrooms, and parking lot
  • ensure wait stations are fully stocked and assist with bar area and food running as needed
