Job Duties
- greet guests promptly and cordially when they enter the restaurant
- seat guests efficiently managing the flow to enhance service delivery
- assist guests with large parties, children, and special accommodations
- manage takeout orders via phone, online platforms, and walk-ins
- ensure suggestive selling and accuracy of to-go orders
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front of house, restrooms, and parking lot
- ensure wait stations are fully stocked and assist with bar area and food running as needed
