Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • manage seating to balance server workloads and ensure quality service
  • take and process to-go orders via phone, apps, and walk-in customers
  • ensure order accuracy and proper packaging
  • handle payment processing for to-go orders
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation in front of house, restrooms, parking lot, and bar area
  • keep wait stations stocked and assist with food running tasks
  • stay informed about menu items, specials, and store events
  • promote a friendly and attentive customer service environment
  • uphold company core values in all interactions
