Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- manage seating to balance server workloads and ensure quality service
- take and process to-go orders via phone, apps, and walk-in customers
- ensure order accuracy and proper packaging
- handle payment processing for to-go orders
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in front of house, restrooms, parking lot, and bar area
- keep wait stations stocked and assist with food running tasks
- stay informed about menu items, specials, and store events
- promote a friendly and attentive customer service environment
- uphold company core values in all interactions
