Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple roles
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification or willingness to obtain before employment
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Manage to-go orders accurately through multiple channels including phone and online
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including dining areas, restrooms, and parking lot
- Assist in maintaining wait stations stocked and clean
- Promote new menu items and specials through knowledgeable customer interaction
- Handle cash and payments accurately
- Support overall restaurant operations by multitasking and prioritizing duties efficiently
