Job Requirements
- Must be 17/18 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved in alcoholic beverage service
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to promote brand integrity
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to change
- Knowledge of sanitation and use of MSDS

Job Duties
- Provide sincere and positive greeting to guests
- Seat guests promptly while accommodating various party types
- Answer guest questions about menu items and specials
- Take and process To-Go orders accurately via phone, apps, and online
- Perform suggestive selling to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas including parking lot and restrooms
- Stock and maintain wait stations and assist with bar area cleanliness
- Support efficient restaurant flow to assist servers
- Follow company core values and brand standards
- Handle cash transactions responsibly
