Job Requirements

  • Must have valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved in alcohol service
  • Must possess legally required certifications prior to work
  • Ability to greet and assist diverse customer groups including families and business professionals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Ability to handle cash and manage transactions accurately

Job Duties

  • Greet customers promptly and seat guests efficiently to manage restaurant flow
  • Take to-go orders via phone, apps, online and walk-in while ensuring order accuracy and suggestive selling
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas including parking lot, front of house, and restrooms
  • Stock wait stations and assist with bar and food runner tasks as needed
  • Promote menu knowledge and answer questions about new items and specials
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly and manage financial aspects of to-go orders
  • Uphold brand operating standards including proper sanitation, uniform compliance, and punctuality
