Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a positive and energetic attitude
- Manage seating flow to ensure balanced workload for servers
- Take and process to-go orders accurately from multiple channels
- Promote menu items and specials using suggestive selling techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front of house areas including restrooms and parking lot
- Stock and maintain wait stations and bar areas efficiently
- Assist with food running and support staff duties as needed
