Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • must be 17 or 18 years of age or older
  • ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
  • proficiency in multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
  • must adhere to sanitation and safety standards
  • possess valid ServSafe alcohol certification if applicable
  • legally eligible to work in the location of employment
  • punctuality and reliable attendance
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet customers promptly and warmly
  • manage guest seating to ensure efficient flow and service quality
  • answer questions regarding menu items and specials
  • take and accurately process to-go orders from various platforms
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant, parking lot, and restrooms
  • stock and maintain wait stations
  • assist in bar area upkeep and perform food runner duties
  • promote merchandise and suggestive selling
  • prioritize multiple tasks to support restaurant operations
  • uphold company core values and brand standards
