Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- must be 17 or 18 years of age or older
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- proficiency in multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
- must adhere to sanitation and safety standards
- possess valid ServSafe alcohol certification if applicable
- legally eligible to work in the location of employment
- punctuality and reliable attendance
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly and warmly
- manage guest seating to ensure efficient flow and service quality
- answer questions regarding menu items and specials
- take and accurately process to-go orders from various platforms
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant, parking lot, and restrooms
- stock and maintain wait stations
- assist in bar area upkeep and perform food runner duties
- promote merchandise and suggestive selling
- prioritize multiple tasks to support restaurant operations
- uphold company core values and brand standards
