Job Requirements
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification for those serving alcoholic beverages
- must have all legally required certifications before starting work
- willingness to complete necessary training (uncompensated)
- must be able to perform physical tasks required by the position

- able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and with enthusiasm
- manage restaurant flow to ensure efficient seating arrangements
- take and process To-Go orders accurately via phone, apps, and walk-ins
- ensure order accuracy and friendly customer interactions
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all restaurant areas including parking lot, front of house, and restrooms
- stock and maintain wait stations
- assist with food running and bar area cleanliness if applicable
- promote menu knowledge and assist with merchandise sales
- prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- adhere to company core values in all job duties
