Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and seat them appropriately to manage restaurant flow
  • Take and process to-go orders accurately via phone, apps, and walk-ins
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in various restaurant areas including restrooms and parking lot
  • Ensure food and beverage quality assurance and accurate food presentation
  • Handle responsible cash management and payment processing
  • Promote brand operating standards by maintaining professionalism and uniform
  • Provide knowledgeable answers about menu items, specials, and store events
