Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or 18 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification for roles involving alcoholic beverages
- Legally required certifications prior to beginning work
- Ability to provide customer service
- Knowledge of menu items and specials
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of sanitation standards
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Provide a sincere and positive greeting to guests
- Manage seating flow to optimize customer service
- Take and process to-go orders accurately via phone and delivery apps
- Sell merchandise and promote menu specials
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant areas including front-of-house and restrooms
- Support wait staff by keeping stations stocked and assisting with food running
- Ensure accurate cash handling and efficient order processing
