Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize service flow
- Take and process To-Go orders accurately via multiple channels including phone, apps, and online systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front-of-house areas, restrooms, parking lot, and wait stations
- Assist in merchandise sales and promote current menu items and specials
- Ensure food and beverage quality assurance, order accuracy, and timely service
- Handle cash responsibly and manage financial transactions
- Act as a spokesperson during store events and promote a welcoming and courteous atmosphere
