  • valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved in the service of alcoholic beverages

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize service flow
  • Take and process To-Go orders accurately via multiple channels including phone, apps, and online systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front-of-house areas, restrooms, parking lot, and wait stations
  • Assist in merchandise sales and promote current menu items and specials
  • Ensure food and beverage quality assurance, order accuracy, and timely service
  • Handle cash responsibly and manage financial transactions
  • Act as a spokesperson during store events and promote a welcoming and courteous atmosphere
