Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 or 18 years of age or older
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification or other legally required certification prior to employment
  • Ability to greet and seat guests warmly and efficiently
  • Ability to accurately take and process to-go orders
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple duties
  • Knowledge of menu items and specials
  • Willingness to comply with company core values and policies

Job Duties

  • Greet guests immediately upon entry and seat them efficiently to control restaurant flow
  • Take and process to-go orders via phone, apps, tablets, and walk-ins with accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the parking lot, front of house, restrooms, and wait stations
  • Ensure food and beverage quality, accuracy, and proper presentation
  • Handle cash responsibly and maintain financial management standards
  • Promote brand operating standards including proper sanitation, punctuality, and professionalism
  • Stay knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and store events and communicate these to guests
  • Assist in stocking supplies and performing food runner tasks if applicable
