Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or 18 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification or other legally required certification prior to employment
- Ability to greet and seat guests warmly and efficiently
- Ability to accurately take and process to-go orders
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple duties
- Knowledge of menu items and specials
- Willingness to comply with company core values and policies

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately upon entry and seat them efficiently to control restaurant flow
- Take and process to-go orders via phone, apps, tablets, and walk-ins with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the parking lot, front of house, restrooms, and wait stations
- Ensure food and beverage quality, accuracy, and proper presentation
- Handle cash responsibly and maintain financial management standards
- Promote brand operating standards including proper sanitation, punctuality, and professionalism
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and store events and communicate these to guests
- Assist in stocking supplies and performing food runner tasks if applicable
