Job Requirements

Valid ServSafe alcohol certification for positions involving alcohol service
Any other legally required certification prior to beginning work
Completion of training for required certification is not compensated
Certification does not guarantee continued employment

Job Qualifications

Must be 17/18 years of age or older
Customer service skills
Basic mathematical computations skills
Ability to promote brand integrity
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
Ability to communicate clearly
Ability to work well with others
Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt to change
Menu knowledge
Knowledge of sanitation and use of MSDS

Job Duties

Greet customers immediately and warmly upon entry
Manage restaurant seating flow and accommodate guest needs
Take and prepare to-go orders accurately and efficiently
Perform suggestive selling and answer menu questions
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in parking lot, front of house, and restrooms
Stock and maintain wait stations and assist with bar area as needed
Prioritize multiple tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations
