Job Requirements

must be 17 or 18 years of age or older depending on location
ability to communicate clearly
basic mathematical computation skills
ability to work well with others
ability to maintain professionalism at all times
capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of menu items and sanitation practices
valid ServSafe certification if applicable

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous customer service or hospitality experience beneficial
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
basic mathematical skills for cash handling
ability to promote brand integrity and professionalism
certification such as ServSafe if involved with alcohol service

Job Duties

greet customers warmly and seat guests efficiently to manage restaurant flow
take and process to-go orders accurately via phone, apps, and online platforms
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and facility areas
assist in stocking and maintaining wait stations and bar area
ensure order accuracy and package take-out orders appropriately
answer customer questions about menu items and specials
promote a friendly and attentive customer service atmosphere
